Severance
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Waiver
If you breach these Conditions of Use and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions of Use.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the England courts.
Fitting Arrangement Service
Where Bodega Carpets and Flooring Ltd has been asked to fit your flooring, a fee per m2 is chargeable. This service includes: introduction to our flooring fitting specialist team and arranging the installation of your purchase under a contractual agreement between you and them. It also includes monitoring fitting standards, arranging a fitting date for a speedy ‘at home installation’, and on the rare occasion of a complaint being raised regarding the fitting, Bodega Carpets and Flooring Ltd will manage the complaint.
We retain responsibility for the products and service Bodega Carpets and Flooring Ltd supplies.
The Bodega Carpets and Flooring Ltd Delivery & Care Package
We keep our prices low by being transparent and not building costs into the overall price of your carpet of flooring.
The All Inclusive Delivery & Care package includes delivery, removing and replacing a reasonable amount of empty furniture, removing and disposing of all offcuts.
Returns/Cancellations
We offer a 14-day peace of mind return policy on any product brought from us. If you aren't completely satisfied with any product you have purchased from us, please contact us within 14 days from the day you have purchased the product and our customer service team will guide you through the return.
Please note our returns policies are subjected to the terms and conditions within the Bodega Carpets and Flooring LTD webpage.
If the goods ordered are bespoke (anything ordered to size), we will still accept the return however a re-stocking fee will apply to the order. This re-stocking fee will be 25% of the purchase price of the order. The balance of the account minus the re-stocking fee will be refunded via your original payment method.
If you place an order and wish to cancel before the item is delivered but the goods have already been cut we may still be able to cancel the delivery, however, you will still have incurred a re-stocking fee to cover the costs associated with a bespoke order. This re-stocking fee will be 25% of the purchase price of the goods. The balance of the account minus the re-stocking fee will be refunded via your original payment method.
If you have chosen to have your new flooring installed by us the 25% restocking fee will also be extended to the labour charge for the installation and accessories required. Once the flooring has begun to be installed no returns will be accepted.
We only accept returns if they are in original condition and unused.
You are responsible for the return costs of your order. You can arrange for the return using a courier of your choice or alternatively we can arrange it for you. Please note our courier collections are considerably more expensive than the original delivery cost as it is a "one off" collection rather than the courier picking up multiple items from our warehouse at one individual time.
If you would like us to arrange the return for you the cost will vary depending on the item being returned, we will inform you of the cost before proceeding. The full value of the original order (including any original delivery fee) will be refunded minus the collection cost. If any re-stocking fees are due these will be deducted at the same time.
